Kalisto Pasuwa will be leaving Nyasa Big Bullets after six years at the helm, with the club confirming that his contract will not be renewed when it expires on December 31. Pasuwa, the former Zimbabwe national team coach, was informed of the decision last month.

Under Pasuwa’s leadership, Big Bullets enjoyed a dominant 2023, winning all four major domestic trophies, including a fifth consecutive league title. However, the 2024 season proved challenging, as the team failed to defend three of those titles.

The revelation was confirmed to The Times by Pasuwa's Malawian agent, Felix Ngamanya Sapao, who said, "There is communication from Thursday last week indicating that he is not renewing his contract with Bullets. However, he hasn't yet committed to a team.

Currently in Zimbabwe for the holidays, Pasuwa has been linked to a potential move to take over the Malawi national team, the Flames.
