Kalidou Koulibaly rested by Simone Inzaghi against Shabab Al-Ahli in the AFC Champions League

Kalidou Koulibaly will therefore not play against Shabab Al-Ahli, whom Al-Hilal will face in a few moments in Dubai in the AFC Champions League. The 34-year-old Senegalese has been rested by his coach, Simone Inzaghi.
The defender had returned to Al-Hilal in the league after mourning the death of his father following Senegal's victory in the Africa Cup of Nations. He had played in several matches, including some as a starter in the Saudi Pro League. But despite his return, the Italian tactician has decided to rest his Senegalese player for the match on Monday 9 February at 4pm GMT.
