Juventus are currently assessing their summer transfer plans and have already identified both the position they want to strengthen and the player they want to bring in.
Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, Juventus are very keen to sign Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker. The Merseyside club are currently in talks with the Brazilian over a contract extension. His current deal runs until 2027.
Although Alisson likes the idea of returning to Italy, he respects Liverpool and wants to discuss the situation with the club first.
In the summer of 2018, Alisson signed a six-year contract with Liverpool. The transfer fee was £66.8 million (€72.5 million).
Reminder: Liverpool’s hierarchy have made a decision regarding the future of Arne Slot as the team’s head coach.
Currently, Liverpool sits fifth in the Premier League table with 55 points from 33 matches. In the final five rounds, the Reds face a tough run against Crystal Palace, Manchester United, Chelsea, Aston Villa, and Brentford—fixtures that will be decisive for Slot.
