Juventus confirms key defender Cabal out for the season

While club football has paused for the international break, Juventus fans received a troubling update.

Details: Juventus' official website has confirmed that starting left-back Juan Cabal will miss the rest of the season.

In the team's recent match against Torino, Cabal tore his ACL, an injury that will require 8 to 9 months for full recovery.

Cabal joined Juventus last summer from Verona for €12.8 million. The 23-year-old Colombian has made nine appearances across all competitions for Thiago Motta's side, contributing one assist.

Previously, Juventus suffered a similar setback with primary center-back Bremer sustaining the same injury.

Reminder: Juventus is reportedly considering PSG’s Milan Skriniar to strengthen their central defense.
