This season, Juventus haven’t had much depth up front, and with Randal Kolo Muani’s departure looming in the summer transfer window, their attacking options are shrouded in uncertainty. But the Turin giants are already moving aggressively to secure a new striker.
Details: According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus is one of several clubs vying to land Lille forward Jonathan David, who has not signed a new contract with the French side.
It is believed that Juventus are confident in their ability to outpace other Serie A rivals also negotiating with the 25-year-old Canadian, with Napoli and Inter Milan reportedly in contact with David’s representatives as well.
Reminder: The striker situation at the “Old Lady” is truly dramatic. Juventus could sell Dušan Vlahović this summer, Kolo Muani is set to return to PSG, and Arkadiusz Milik didn’t play a single minute last season.
