Juventus Ask Tottenham About Pape Matar Sarr After Franck Kessié Deal Collapses
Juventus have reportedly asked Tottenham Hotspur about the availability of midfielder Pape Matar Sarr following the collapse of their move for Franck Kessié.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Sarr has been offered to Juventus as a potential midfield option after their pursuit of Kessié fell through.
The Senegal international is also attracting interest from AS Monaco, who are currently leading the race for his signature. Talks between Monaco and Tottenham have reportedly been ongoing for several days.
Sarr has yet to feature for Tottenham this season and is reportedly not part of manager Roberto De Zerbi’s plans.
The 23-year-old is also said to be dealing with a hamstring problem following his involvement with Senegal at the World Cup.
