Juventus are considering Sancho on loan. But there is one problem

Star winger Jadon Sancho could still leave Manchester United this summer.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus has renewed their interest in the English footballer. The Turin club views Sancho as a replacement for Federico Chiesa, who is not in the plans of new head coach Thiago Motta and is close to a transfer to Barcelona.

Juventus is prepared to offer Manchester United a one-season loan for Sancho with a purchase option set at €40 million. However, Sancho's high wages present a significant obstacle, as Juventus may not be able to fully cover his salary.

It's worth noting that Sancho was left out of Manchester United’s squad for their opening match against Fulham. Yesterday, Erik ten Hag explained this decision.

In the latter half of last season, Sancho was on loan at Borussia Dortmund, the club from which he joined Manchester United in the summer of 2021.
