Juventus and Newcastle may swap midfielders

Turin's Juventus is preparing a squad overhaul for the summer, and one of the "Bianconeri's" coveted players might not cost them a single cent.

Details: According to Calciomercato, the Turin club is considering a swap of Douglas Luiz for Newcastle's midfielder Sandro Tonali. It is believed that Luiz has not adapted well to the Italian league, so a return to England, where he represented Aston Villa, would be his best option.

Tonali's agents are divided on the midfielder's return to Italy. Some believe that chapter is already closed for him, while others think it will happen sooner or later.

Reminder: It was previously reported that Juventus is also considering transfers of Ademola Lookman, Ederson, and Mario Retegui from Atalanta. Meanwhile, Liverpool is preparing an 80 million bid for Kenan Yildiz.
