Juventus and Inter Target Rodrigo De Paul in €30M Move
Rodrigo De Paul may be approaching the end of his spell at Atlético Madrid. According to Infobae, both Juventus and Inter Milan have formally expressed interest in signing the Argentine midfielder during the upcoming transfer window. Reports suggest both Serie A giants are preparing offers in the region of €30 million, aligning with De Paul's current market valuation.
Atlético Madrid is reportedly eager to renew De Paul’s contract, which runs until June 2026, but the final decision may rest with the player himself. A return to Italy would bring him back to familiar territory, having previously starred for Udinese between 2016 and 2021. In that period, he made 184 appearances, scored 34 goals, and delivered 37 assists, paving the way for his €38 million move to Spain.
If the move materializes, De Paul could join fellow Argentina internationals Lautaro Martínez at Inter or Nicolás González at Juventus. His dual role as a ball-winner and playmaker makes him an attractive prospect for both clubs seeking midfield reinforcements.
Since joining Atlético in 2021, De Paul has steadily grown into a key starter under Diego Simeone. With the summer window still months away, the club faces a pivotal decision: retain a World Cup-winning midfielder or cash in on a substantial transfer offer from Serie A.
