Juventus account "announces" Güler signing, but fans quickly spot the trick

No major entity is entirely safe from hacker attacks, and the official English-language X account of Juventus fell victim to such mischief. However, the hackers overlooked one crucial detail that quickly gave them away.

Details: Hackers took control of Juventus' account and posted a message claiming that Real Madrid midfielder Arda Güler had signed for the Turin club. However, fans immediately realized the information was fake, as the transfer window is currently closed, making any transfer theoretically impossible.

Soon after, Juventus' Italian account posted a message clarifying that the English page had been hacked and urged fans to disregard any information coming from the compromised account.

Reminder: Earlier, Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti had commented on the 19-year-old Turkish player's current role with the Spanish club.
