Bournemouth traveled to Newcastle for their Premier League clash in Round 22.

The standout performer was Bournemouth’s Justin Kluivert, who netted a first-half brace.

Interestingly, Kluivert Jr. has now scored more Premier League goals at St. James' Park (2) in a single match than his legendary father, Patrick, managed during his entire stint with Newcastle. Patrick scored just once in 10 Premier League appearances for the Magpies.

Additionally, this marks Justin’s eighth away goal in the 2024/25 Premier League season, a tally bettered only by Mohamed Salah.

This season, the younger Kluivert has scored 10 goals and provided 3 assists in 23 matches across all competitions.

A look back: Patrick Kluivert played for Newcastle during the 2004/05 season, scoring 6 goals in 25 matches in all competitions.
