Jürgen Klopp is seriously considering the possibility of taking charge of Real Madrid

Real Madrid have dismissed Xabi Alonso and appointed Álvaro Arbeloa as head coach. However, he could be replaced in the summer, and a top candidate has already emerged.

Details: According to Florian Plettenberg, Jürgen Klopp is now seriously considering the option of taking over the Royal Club if Real Madrid make him a concrete offer. The Madrid club has always fascinated Klopp.

Although he is currently happy within the Red Bull structure, there are two projects that could tempt him back into the dugout: Real Madrid and the Germany national team. However, for that to happen, everything would have to fall into place.

We previously reported that no player took responsibility for the Copa del Rey defeat. Head coach Álvaro Arbeloa had to console the team and take the blame himself.

Reminder: The context is that Albacete had last won a match in the Segunda a month earlier, on December 8, 2025. Since then, they had gone four games without a victory. They currently sit 17th and are fighting for survival in Spain’s second division.
