Atletico will face a huge challenge keeping hold of their attacking leader.
Details: According to The Touchline, citing journalist Hugo Bolassone, 26-year-old Atletico Madrid and Argentina forward Julián Álvarez is ready to accept Barcelona's offer during the summer transfer window.
It is reported that Álvarez has decided to leave Madrid for Catalonia, believing he will have a greater chance of winning trophies with Barcelona.
Atletico are reluctant to let Álvarez go, but realize that if the player himself requests a transfer, it will be extremely difficult to keep him.

Barcelona are expected to pay around €70 million for Álvarez.
Despite concrete interest from London’s Arsenal, the Argentine has decided to remain in Spain, but make a switch to a new club.
This season, Álvarez has played 35 matches for "Los Colchoneros," scoring 13 goals and providing 6 assists. His contract with the club runs until 2031, and his market value is estimated at €100 million by Transfermarkt.
