Jude Bellingham — player of the day in UEFA Champions League according to Dailysports

On Wednesday, March 12, four more matches of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 took place, and all the teams advancing to the quarterfinals were determined. Our editorial team has chosen the player of the day.

In one of the most intriguing matches, Atletico hosted Real Madrid. The "Galacticos" advanced through a penalty shootout, but it would have been impossible without Bellingham's brilliant performance.

The English midfielder was extremely active. He delivered 84 accurate passes out of 91 (92% accuracy), completed six long passes out of nine, successfully dribbled past opponents four times, won all three aerial duels, and won ten out of 14 ground duels.

Jude also coolly converted a penalty in the shootout.

In our editorial opinion, Jude Bellingham is the main hero of the UEFA Champions League matchday.
