Joshua is confident in Usyk's victory in the rematch against Fury
Former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has shared his prediction for the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury.
In an interview with SecondsOut, the British fighter acknowledged that it will be a tough contest but expressed his belief that Usyk will emerge victorious once again.
“He’s a fantastic fighter, and I feel Usyk is one of the best. That’s why I think he will win,” Joshua stated.
Joshua was also asked about a potential fight against Tyson Fury. He believes there is a possibility of seeing him and Fury in the ring together, potentially in collaboration with Riyadh Season in London. However, he emphasized the need to first focus on his own upcoming fights.
It is worth noting that Tyson Fury is set to face Usyk in their rematch on December 21, while Anthony Joshua will contend with Daniel Dubois for the IBF title on September 21.
Furthermore, Zhang Zhilei's team is confident that Joshua is avoiding a bout with the Chinese heavyweight.
