Jokic joins elite group of NBA players with 30 triple-doubles in a season
Nikola Jokic missed several games due to injury, but his return against Milwaukee was truly spectacular and even historic.
Details: In this game, the Serbian basketball star scored 39 points (16/25 from the field, 3/6 from beyond the arc, 4/7 from the free-throw line), grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished out 10 assists in 38 minutes.
As it turns out, Jokic became the fourth player in league history to achieve 30 triple-doubles in a single season. Previously, only three players have accomplished this: Russell Westbrook, Oscar Robertson, and Wilt Chamberlain.
We also reported that LeBron James made the game-winning shot in the final seconds. This marks the eighth time in his career that he has delivered a victory for his team with a decisive basket, tying him with Joe Johnson and Kobe Bryant in this regard.
Reminder: Recently, Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James stated that Milwaukee Bucks leader Giannis Antetokounmpo would have broken the scoring record for a single game if he played in the 1970s.
