A scuffle broke out during the AFC Champions League quarterfinal between Saudi side Al-Ahli and Malaysia's Johor.

Details: In the 37th minute of the Champions League quarterfinal, an unpleasant incident unfolded: home defender Ali Majrashi, while falling, struck Johor forward Ager Akeche in the head, leaving the striker unconscious.

The situation boiled over due to the sluggish response from the medical crew: the visiting players were literally forced to kick and shove the medics onto the pitch to provide urgent treatment to their fallen forward.

Majrashi was shown a straight red card for the foul, while Akeche was substituted in the 41st minute.

Despite being a man down from the 19th minute, Al-Ahli managed to rally and edge out Johor 2-1, advancing to the Champions League semifinals.
