Jocelin Ta Bi could make his debut for Sunderland against Oxford United in the FA Cup
He arrived this winter from Maccabi Netanya
The Ivorian has yet to play his first minutes since joining the English club in January.
But his first appearance could come on Sunday 15 February in the FA Cup fourth round. The Black Cats travel to Kassam Stadium to take on Oxford United at 2pm GMT.
Ahead of the trip, Sunderland manager Régis Le Bris has hinted that the 21-year-old Ivorian is in contention for the match.
‘Yes, Jocelin is ready. He could be in the squad. He was the 21st player against Liverpool, but we decided to remain cautious. Now he is ready,’ said Régis Le Bris in his pre-match press conference. After weeks of waiting, Jocelin Ta Bi could finally make his debut with the Premier League club.
