Joane Gadou is set to join Borussia Dortmund

The Franco-Ivorian defender has reached an agreement with the German club.

Joane Gadou is set to move clubs after spending two seasons at RB Salzburg. The 19-year-old defender and Borussia Dortmund are reported to have agreed terms for the player to join the Bundesliga this summer.

The signing is not yet official. However, Joane Gadou is said to have agreed a long-term contract and only the medical remains, which is expected to take place in the coming days. Talks are continuing between Dortmund and Salzburg and are reportedly going well.

The transfer fee is said to be €20 million plus €4–6 million in bonuses. There is also a sell-on clause.
