The second matchday of the newly formatted UEFA Champions League has concluded. On Wednesday, September 18, more matches from the group stage were played.
Following these games, Dailysports, as per tradition, selects the person of the day. This time, it is Borussia Dortmund's forward Jamie Gittens. Entering the pitch in the 68th minute, Gittens completely turned the match around. In just 20 minutes, he scored a brace and secured the victory for Borussia Dortmund.
