James Maddison forced to lower price on his house as buyers stay away
Tottenham star James Maddison is trying to sell his luxury home, which boasts four bedrooms, a swimming pool, and even its own football pitch. However, some features of the property are reportedly turning buyers off, forcing the midfielder to reduce the asking price, according to The Sun.

The issue? Maddison had customized the football pitch with his initials and shirt number, "JM10," etched into the turf. It’s believed that potential buyers are unimpressed with the personalized design and the presence of a football pitch in general. As a result, real estate agents advised Maddison to lower the price.
The England international agreed, and the property is now listed for £200,000 less than its original price.
“It's a great property if you're a football fan and want a kickabout every day - but not everybody is. The kind of person who has millions to spend on a house probably isn't going to want a big astroturf pitch, especially a personalised James Maddison one. To have that ripped up and replaced would cost an awful lot of money, which is apparently why the house hasn't sold yet”, explained a local resident.
