Jake Paul and Mike Tyson Hold Final Press Conference and Face-Off
On the night of Friday to Saturday, November 16, a boxing showcase will take place featuring Jake Paul squaring off against Mike Tyson. Just days before the bout, the fighters held their final face-off.
Details: Ahead of the fight, the traditional press conference and final stare-down were held. The boxers discussed their preparation and condition leading up to the bout. Tyson explained why he had to postpone the fight. According to Mike, he came close to death during his training.
Quote: "When I regained consciousness, I was sitting in the bathroom, vomiting blood. I asked the doctor, 'Am I going to die?' He replied, 'We have options.' Options? I couldn’t believe it. I lost 25 pounds (11.3 kg) in 11 days. I couldn't eat, only consume liquids. Every time I went to the bathroom, it smelled like tar. Even my waste didn’t smell normal anymore. It was disgusting," Tyson revealed.
Afterward, the fighters faced each other in the traditional stare-down.
Reminder: The legendary Mike Tyson returns to the ring at age 58 to take on 27-year-old blogger and boxer Jake Paul. Our team has prepared information on where and when to watch this fight.
