This match forms part of both teams’ preparations for the African Women’s Nations Cup, due to take place in Morocco this summer.
The Ivory Coast women’s national team continues to prepare for the tournament, which will take place from 25 July to 16 August. Already based in Casablanca, Morocco, the Ivory Coast squad will play a friendly match against Ghana, who will also be taking part in the competition.
The match is scheduled for this Tuesday, 14 July, at 5 pm GMT at the Père Jégo Stadium in Casablanca. This friendly will allow both the Elephants and the Black Queens to fine-tune their preparations ahead of the kick-off of the 2026 African Women’s Nations Cup.
