Ivory Coast Ligue 1: FC Mouna and Agboville secure victories

The two clubs defeated Stella Club and SO Armee respectively on Saturday 7 February in the opening matches of the 17th round of the Ivorian championship.

FC Mouna continues its strong 2025-26 campaign in the Ivorian Ligue 1. Hosting Stella Club in the afternoon, the home side defeated the visitors 1-0. Sidick Camara scored the winning goal for FC Mouna in the first half. He scored the only goal of the match in the 28th minute, sealing his team's victory. Thanks to this win, Mouna provisionally moves up to third place with 28 points.

In the other match, bottom-of-the-table Agboville got the better of SO Armee. At home, the hosts took the lead in the first half before scoring their second goal after the break. SO Armee scored a goal but it was not enough to catch up with their opponents. The match ended with a score of 2-1. However, despite this victory, Agboville remains at the bottom of the Ivorian Ligue 1 table with 17 points from 17 games played.
