Ivory Coast holds its breath for Franck Kessie
He is Injured
The Ivory Coast international was forced off with an injury during Al Ahli’s league match against Al Fateh.
Franck Kessie was unable to see out the match between his team and Al Fateh in the Saudi Pro League on Wednesday 6 May. The Ivorian midfielder was substituted in the 32nd minute due to injury.
The nature, let alone the severity, of the injury is not yet known. However, it is causing concern in Abidjan just a few weeks before the kick-off of the World Cup, which will take place in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
