Aston Villa and the Eagles are said to be on the verge of finalising a deal for the Ivorian international.

Evann Guessand is expected to play at Selhurst Park again next season. Following his one-season loan without an option to buy during the 2025–2026 campaign, the 25-year-old Ivorian is expected to be loaned out again by Aston Villa to Crystal Palace.

The two Premier League clubs are reportedly in talks regarding the Ivorian international. The Eagles and the Villans are said to be very close to finalising a deal.

However, the terms of Evann Guessand’s new loan are not expected to be the same as last season’s. According to Foot Mercato, the loan being negotiated by Crystal Palace is expected to be a fee-based deal and to include a compulsory buy-out clause.

The two English clubs are said to have agreed on the terms and are expected to finalise the loan deal for the Ivorian international shortly. During his spell at Crystal Palace last season, Evann Guessand made his mark.

The 25-year-old Ivorian forward scored two goals and provided one assist across all competitions. Evann Guessand also won the UEFA Conference League with Crystal Palace.
