Ivorian Ligue 1: San Pedro beat Bouake FC to secure a second consecutive win
The Petruciens dictated the pace at the Stade Annexe in Bouake on Saturday 10 October during matchday 2 of the Ivorian professional league.
Following a 0–1 defeat to Zoman FC on the opening day, FC San Pedro secured their first win of the season with a 2–0 victory over US Tchologo on matchday two. The club confirmed this resurgence in form by securing a second consecutive win against Bouaké FC.
Away from home, the Petruciens quickly took control of the match thanks to Dosso Issouf, who scored in the 19th minute. FC San Pedro then extended their lead before half-time. In the 39th minute, Karamoko Alpha scored the second goal, allowing his team to go into the break with a two-goal lead.
The San Pedro side maintained their lead in the second half before sealing their victory late in the game. Aby Kassi Théo scored the third goal in the 89th minute, making it 3–0.
