Ivorian Ligue 1: fixtures for the first two matchdays of the 2026–2027 season unveiled

The race to succeed ASEC Mimosas is set to begin shortly in Côte d’Ivoire.

The professional league will resume on 26 and 27 September 2026. The first matchday will kick off with a clash between the reigning champions, ASEC Mimosas, and newly promoted Yakro FC.The reigning Ligue 1 champions will travel to face the newly promoted side in Yamoussoukro.

The runners-up, FC San Pedro, will begin the 2026–2027 season at home. San Pedr will host Zoman FC on the opening day of Ligue 1. Several other matches will also provide the highlight of the league’s return at various stadiums across Côte d’Ivoire.
