It's official! Premier League club extends head coach's contract

Brighton's management has managed to keep hold of one of the key architects of the team's success.
Details: Today, on Brighton's official X (formerly Twitter) page, the club announced that they have officially extended the contract of 33-year-old German head coach Fabian Hurzeler.
It is reported that Hurzeler's new deal with Brighton runs until 2029, with the coach receiving an improved financial package.
Currently, Brighton sit 8th in the Premier League and are on the verge of a historic qualification for European competition.
Hurzeler took charge of Brighton in 2024. So far, he has overseen 85 matches, recording 37 wins, 24 draws, and 24 defeats. His previous contract was set to run until the summer of 2027.
