Former world champion Carl Froch criticized the press conference between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul, which took place on August 18th.

"To be honest, I think Mike Tyson is just playing a role. It seems like Mike probably received a script. Because when I saw that press conference, I noticed a little push from Mike Tyson at the end, like it was some sort of half-hearted shove. It looked like there was nothing to it.

Jake Paul stood there with a stern expression and didn’t even seem to say anything, so to me, it all looked staged and fake. Tyson lost his balance a bit, started jumping and smiling, and he gave a silly little half-strength push. I think Jake Paul got booed.

This whole thing with Jake Paul and Tyson is just a clown world, it shouldn’t be happening, and I’m totally against it. I hope Tyson can get in there, land a few punches, take a few hits, maybe lose on points without getting hurt, and earn some money," Froch said.

The fight between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson is scheduled for November 15th in Arlington, USA. After the press conference, Paul and Tyson didn’t hold back during the stare-down, pushing each other in the hall.

The fight was originally supposed to take place on July 20th but was postponed due to a decline in Tyson's health.
