Details: In today’s Europa League match against Porto (3-3), Bruno Fernandes received a red card, his second consecutive dismissal.
On Saturday, September 28, Fernandes was also sent off during the match against Tottenham (0-3). However, that red card was later rescinded, allowing him to play against Aston Villa.
Before this, Bruno had never received a red card in over 240 matches for Manchester United.
In the game against Porto, Fernandes was shown a second yellow card for dangerous play after going in with a high foot.
Reminder: It is expected that if the Red Devils' form doesn’t improve in the next few matches, Erik ten Hag may be sacked.
