British heavyweights Joe Joyce and Derek Chisora had a tense stare-down ahead of their fight on July 27.

During the face-off, there was a notably intense and aggressive atmosphere between the veterans. Chisora, in particular, provoked his compatriot, trying to incite a conflict.

However, things did not escalate into physical altercations. The veterans ended the encounter on a friendly and civilized note.

38-year-old Joyce, who lost twice to Zhang Zhilei last year, made a comeback in March with a win against Kash Ali.

40-year-old Chisora, whose last fight was a victory over Gerald Washington in August, will be participating in his 48th professional bout.

We previously reported that Joyce is confident about beating Chisora and has already shared his plans for after the fight.
