“It surprises me.” Mourinho speaks out about coaches at top clubs who have achieved nothing

Benfica head coach José Mourinho is truly a legendary manager and a figure who has worked with many top clubs. Even now, he remains sharp in his statements and assessments.

Details: The Portuguese specialist does not understand why coaches without achievements and a proven résumé are in charge of elite clubs.

Quote: “It surprises me when I see coaches who have achieved nothing and have no résumé… coaching the biggest clubs in the world,” José Mourinho said.

Benfica lost 0–2 to Juventus in a UEFA Champions League match. The Eagles have six points after seven rounds and are two points behind the playoff zone. In the next round, they will face Real Madrid.

Reminder: In the seventh round of the Champions League, Barcelona defeated Slavia Prague 4–2, but the triumph was overshadowed by Pedri’s injury.
