Recently, there have been rumors about interest from Saudi clubs in Real Madrid star Vinícius Júnior. As it turns out, this is all part of a bigger game.
Details: Marca reports that such 'offers' were actually orchestrated by the player's own agents, aiming to put Real Madrid in a tight spot during negotiations for the forward's contract extension.
Indeed, the agents held at least two meetings with Saudi Pro League executives, but these meetings were initiated by the agents themselves. During these talks, they tried to push the league's officials to come up with a multimillion-dollar offer for the player.
