It is known whether Karim Benzema plans to return to Al-Ittihad’s squad

Inside Al-Ittihad, things are not settled, as Karim Benzema did not feature in the last match due to contract issues. It is now clear whether he is ready to play in the next game.

Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, the French forward has not changed his mind and does not currently plan to return to the squad. At the same time, Al-Ittihad’s new contract offer includes only image rights.

Benzema considers the offer submitted by Al-Ittihad an insult. It is lower than his current deal, which stands at 108 million. The current situation is such that he could leave Al-Ittihad in the summer as a free agent.

By the way, Inter Milan are working on signing Al-Ittihad winger Moussa Diaby. Inter could take the French winger on loan until the end of the season with an option to buy for around €35 million.

Reminder: This season Karim Benzema has played 21 matches for Al-Ittihad and scored 16 goals in that period. His team sits in sixth place with 30 points after 17 matches.
