It has emerged what will happen to Nuno Espírito Santo should West Ham be relegated
West Ham suffered a 3–0 defeat to Brentford in their last match, and following Tottenham’s win, the Hammers have dropped into the relegation zone. It is now clear whether the club are considering sacking their manager in the event of relegation.
Details: According to The Telegraph, even if West Ham fail to retain their Premier League status, they do not intend to part ways with head coach Nuno Espírito Santo. The club want him to continue leading the team.
Nuno began the season at Nottingham Forest but was dismissed in September. However, less than three weeks after his departure, he was appointed as head coach of West Ham United, signing a three-year contract.
West Ham currently sit 18th in the Premier League table with 36 points after 35 matches, just one point behind 17th place. They still have fixtures remaining against Arsenal, Newcastle, and Leeds.
Reminder: Roma have shown strong interest in a 24-year-old Netherlands international and West Ham winger, whom they are keen to try to sign.
