Issiaka Kamate could join Palermo FC

Talks are reportedly underway regarding the transfer of the Franco-Ivorian midfielder on a season-long loan with an option to buy.

Following his loan spell at Modena FC during the 2025–2026 season, Issiaka Kamate could leave Inter Milan this summer. The 21-year-old midfielder, who plays for the Italian club’s U23s, has caught the eye of Palermo FC.

The club, which plays in Serie B, Italy’s second tier, is keen to sign the young Franco-Ivorian midfielder this summer. Talks are reportedly underway between Inter Milan and Palermo FC regarding Issiaka Kamate’s move.

The transfer of the 21-year-old midfielder is expected to be a loan with an option to buy. However, Inter Milan are said to be keen to include a buy-back clause in the deal.

If negotiations between the two clubs are successful, Issiaka Kamate is expected to play in Serie B from next season onwards. This would allow him to get more playing time.
