Ismaïla Sarr named Crystal Palace Player of the Month for April

The Senegalese forward has won the award for the second month running.

Ismaïla Sarr shone throughout April whilst playing for Crystal Palace. The Senegalese forward was one of the key figures in the Eagles’ qualification for the Europa Conference League final.

He distinguished himself with goals in the European competition. Indeed, Ismaïla Sarr found the net against Fiorentina in the quarter-finals and against Shakhtar in the semi-final second leg, scoring the fastest goal in the history of the Europa Conference League.

He even topped the competition’s scoring charts with nine goals. It is in recognition of these performances that Crystal Palace supporters have named Ismaïla Sarr Player of the Month for April. The Senegalese international receives this honour for the second consecutive time and the fourth time since joining the Eagles.
