Is there a chance? Will Lillard be able to return this season?

Milwaukee Bucks' leader Damian Lillard has been diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis in his right calf. Earlier reports stated that he would be out for the rest of the season, but it seems the situation is not so clear-cut.
Details: Insider Shams Charania revealed on The Pat McAfee Show podcast that there is optimism about Lillard returning this season. His treatment began quickly, and the medical staff responded promptly.
Quote: "There is hope. Typically, recovery from clots takes months. But I was told that his treatment started early, the issue was quickly identified, and they got to work immediately. He undergoes weekly check-ups, and the doctors are encouraged by his progress – the clot is decreasing," Charania said.
He also added that Lillard has already started light workouts. The basketball player himself hopes to soon return to full training with the team and take to the court.
Reminder: Milwaukee star Giannis Antetokounmpo shared what winning the MVP award means to him. The Bucks' leader stated, that it is "better than intimacy".
