Barcelona are preparing for their next match, and ahead of the fixture the Catalan club’s head coach was once again asked about Marc-André ter Stegen.

Details: Speaking at a press conference before the cup match, Hansi Flick stated that Barcelona have three goalkeepers and that Marc is a good goalkeeper. However, he will have to fight for the role of second-choice keeper, with Joan Garcia currently established as the number one.

Quote: “Marc is an amazing goalkeeper, and we have three of them. My words were clear: Joan Garcia is the number one goalkeeper, so we’ll see what happens next. Don’t forget that Szczęsny is a key player for us, both on the pitch and off it,” Flick said.

We also previously reported that Barcelona’s German goalkeeper Marc-André ter Stegen is not currently considering a move to another club and intends to continue playing for the Blaugrana.
