Jadon Sancho's search for a new club has taken another painful turn.
Details: According to Foot Mercato, the 26-year-old English winger was offered to Russian side FC Krasnodar. Sancho was reportedly keen on the idea of continuing his career in Russia, but the club decided against signing him and the potential move did not progress any further.
Sancho has been a free agent since July 1, 2026, following the expiration of his contract with Manchester United. As a result, any interested club can sign the winger without paying a transfer fee, but the England international has still not found a new team.
The Russian option had appeared to be one of the more unexpected possibilities for the player's future. Reports had suggested that Sancho was willing to consider the move, but Krasnodar ultimately chose not to pursue a deal after the winger was offered to the club.
It is worth noting that Transfermarkt currently lists Sancho as without a club and values the 26-year-old winger at €18 million. The Englishman's most recent club was Manchester United, while he spent the 2025/26 campaign on loan at Aston Villa.
