It appears that Raheem Sterling is not part of Chelsea's new head coach Enzo Maresca's plans.
The 29-year-old winger has been left out of the squad for the second consecutive match. Sterling's name is missing from Chelsea's official "List A" for the first leg of the UEFA Europa Conference League playoff round against Swiss side Servette.
In addition to Sterling, Wesley Fofana, Ben Chilwell, and Tosin Adarabioyo were also excluded from the squad.
Earlier, Sterling was surprisingly left out of the squad for the Premier League opener against Manchester City, a match Chelsea lost 0-2.
Following his exclusion from that match, reports surfaced that Sterling began considering leaving the club. Juventus has been mentioned as a potential destination.
The first leg between Chelsea and Servette will take place in London on Thursday, August 22, with the return leg in Switzerland a week later.
Last season, Sterling registered 8 goals and 4 assists in 31 Premier League appearances.
