Ipswich vs Chelsea: what to know about the match?

Ipswich has returned to the Premier League after many years and currently has a primary objective: to secure their top-flight status. After 18 matches, the team has accumulated 12 points and sits in 19th place in the Premier League standings. They are four points behind the 17th-placed team, a gap Ipswich needs to close. However, in their last five matches, the team has managed only one win, suffering four defeats in the process.

Chelsea, on the other hand, is having a rather solid season, especially compared to their last two campaigns. The Londoners are currently in the top four of the Premier League standings. After 18 matches, they have collected 35 points, maintaining a four-point lead over the fifth-placed team. However, this margin could have been greater if not for their recent results, which saw them drop points with a draw against Everton and a loss to Fulham. Notably, Chelsea boasts one of the best attacking records in the league, with 38 goals scored in 18 matches.
