Additionally, Trump is scheduled to meet Portuguese football icon Cristiano Ronaldo on the same day. The player is coming in response to an invitation from Trump sent a week earlier. Some sources report that Trump plans to hold a joint meeting with both Messi and Ronaldo, which would mark the first time the two football stars have met in quite a while.
