Inter forward turned down by Turkish grandees despite rival's arrival
Inter have recently signed Porto striker Mehdi Taremi, but the Italian champions' current forwards are not obliged to leave the club.
Thus, the Austrian Marko Arnautovic, who had offers from Turkish teams, got competition with this signing, but as reported by Football Italia, the 35-year-old forward does not intend to leave the capital of Lombardy.
He turned down two offers from Besiktas and Trabzonspor, which were financially good enough. Arnautovic has not lost confidence that he will stay at the Giuseppe Meazza.
This opinion is not shared at Inter themselves. The club would certainly not be against releasing him from his wages or returning some of the money spent on the transfer.
Arnautovic and, above all, Joaquin Correa are hindering the emergence of new forwards at Inter.
