Inter extended the contract with one of its leaders

Inter Milan has extended the contract with the team's key defender Matteo Darmian.

As journalist Nicolo Skira reports on his page on the social network X that the new agreement between the parties will be valid until 2025.

In the near future, the Milanese club will officially announce the extension of cooperation with the experienced footballer.

It is remarkable that 34-year-old Darmian is a graduate of the Milan academy, which is Inter’s historical rival.

The Italian fully moved to the Inter camp in 2021, and before that he spent the season with the team on loan. Before that, he also played for the English Manchester United and the Italian Parma, Torino and Palermo.

This season, the Italian football veteran played in 21 matches in all competitions, recording an assist. The Transfermarkt resource estimates his value at four million euros.
