Instead of the USA. Barcelona will embark on a summer tour of Asia

In December, it was revealed that Barcelona would not be holding their preseason tour in the USA in 2025, but instead would be heading to Asia. Now, the first details about the match venues have emerged.
Details: According to MD, the Catalan club has signed an agreement with the South Korean promotional company D-drive Corporation to organize four friendly matches in Asia: two will be held in South Korea, and two in Japan.
It is reported that the two matches in South Korea will bring the club around 10 million euros. One of the games is expected to be against a K-League All-Stars team, while the other match will likely be against one of the top European clubs, although potential opponents are limited due to the Club World Cup, which will take place in the USA in June and July.
Reminder: In recent years, Barcelona's preseason tours in the USA have included the popular Clasico against Real Madrid. However, in 2025, there will be no such match, as Real Madrid will participate in the Club World Cup, leaving Barcelona without an additional revenue stream from this fixture.
