The 29-year-old is still recovering from a back injury and has yet to compete in any race this season. The upcoming World Cup stage in Oberhof, Sweden, will run from January 9 to 12.

Tandrevold may participate in the next stage. The Norwegian team manager commented on the decision to include Ingrid Tandrevold in their roster, stating that the team is bringing her along in the hope that she will be ready.

Last week, the Norwegian biathlete underwent surgery.
