The Hungarian national team hosted Montenegro on their home turf as part of the UEFA EURO qualification.

The hosts secured a 3-1 victory; however, in the 87th minute, Montenegro came very close to restoring parity. The visitors unleashed four consecutive shots on the Hungarian goal. Nevertheless, Hungarian goalkeeper Denes Dibus displayed remarkable courage and orchestrated an incredible performance. The Ferencvaros goalkeeper saved all four shots in succession, keeping the Hungarian goal unbreached.

As a result, the hosts scored another goal in injury time and emerged victorious with a 3-1 win.
