Fiorentina is hosting Milan in the seventh round of the Italian Serie A. Regardless of the outcome of the match, the hero is already clear.
Former Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea saved two penalties. Initially, a penalty was awarded against Milan, but Moise Kean was unable to beat Mike Maignan. Then it was the turn of the Spanish goalkeeper from Fiorentina to save his team.
At the end of the first half, Theo Hernandez, who is celebrating his 27th birthday today, couldn't score past De Gea. Early in the second half, David made another stunning save from the penalty spot, brilliantly denying a shot from Abraham.
Interestingly, De Gea has already saved a penalty this season. In the shootout against Puskas Akademia, the Spaniard saved one shot, helping his team advance to the main draw of the UEFA Conference League.
